Red Cabbage Jiffy Juice Kit

Just add water to make a fresh solution of red cabbage juice for use as a pH indicator. Solution indicates pH over a range of 2 to 11 units. 

Kit includes plastic cup, scoop, pH chart, activity sheet, and enough dehydrated red cabbage juice to make 5 gallons of juice.
