Clip running handle to running rope and run at a comfortable pace, being guided by the rope
When runner approaches end of rope, running handle will go over metal clips, generating clicking noise that tells runner to slow down and stop
Foam blockers attached to rope automatically slow down and stop runner before they reach the end
Foam blocks require reset for next runner if used for a runner
Includes 6 handles and 75 ft. L rope
